Orders & shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show the first carrier scan.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $60 or more. Any available delivery options and final costs are shown at checkout.

How do I choose the right resistance level?
Choose a level you can control through the full movement. Begin lighter for mobility and activation, then increase resistance as form and strength improve.
How should I care for LEXI equipment?
Wipe equipment clean after use, let it dry fully, and store it away from direct sunlight and sharp surfaces. Inspect resistance products before every session.

Returns & support
What is the return window?
Unused products in their original condition can be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Some hygiene-sensitive items may have additional restrictions.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and help with the appropriate next step.
How quickly will support reply?
We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. Including your order number and relevant photos helps us resolve the request faster.
